Biblical essentials:
• The
authority and inerrancy of Scripture as the divinely inspired Word
of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)
• The Trinity as the one true living God. (Matthew 28:19, 2
Corinthians 13:14)
• The full deity of and humanity of Christ. (John 8:58; John 1:1,14;
John 10:30; Colossians 2:9; Philippians 2: 5-11)
• The spiritual depravity of the human race. (Romans 3: 23, 5:12;
Jeremiah 17:9)
• The literal death of Christ as atonement for our sin. (I
Corinthians 15:3-4, Romans 5:6-8, I Peter 3:18)
• Salvation by faith alone in Christ alone. (John 1:12; Romans 5:1,
10:9-10, 11:5-6; Ephesians 2:8)
• The physical return of Christ. (Mark 13:26-27, Luke 21: 27, II
Peter 3:10-13)
